I was introduced to this site by my parents, and I hope it'll help me to reach my goal. All I want is to be in the "healthy" weight range of my BMI, which means I need to lose about 15 pounds. From there, I'll definitely try to keep on losing if I can, but getting to that point would be major for me. I've been working towards it ever since I was 14, when I was my heaviest at 200. Now, 4 years later, I'm about 20 pounds lighter but have hit a plateau and even begun gaining a little weight back, mostly due to stress eating and little time or energy (or motivation) for exercise. Here's to hoping I make it! From what I've seen, this looks to be a really encouraging and friendly site, so I can't wait to meet people!
