Okay so I burned 400 and some calories today walk/jogging, and I have about 400 calories left over tonight. Should I eat these calories? I'm into my last 11 pounds, so I have to be careful to not go into starvation mode. Any advice?

Did you eat at least 1200 calories today? If so, you'd be ok not eating them back, as long as you don't do it often. From what I've read, you only go into starvation mode if you're under 1200 calories for quite a while.0

I watch my NET calories (on the home page for those that don't know where to find them) and just make sure that they are at least 1200 for the day...beyond that, you can choose to eat them or not eat them if you don't want to. Great job on your losses0

hum...I was wondering about that too.
I guess eating fruits or veggies cannot be bad. Or even cereals.
But chips...??? not sure about this.
There are plenty of good healthy snacks you can choose if you are still hungry.0 -
They say you should....I agree with at least eat your 1200 or whatever your baseline without exercise is.
And yeah - stay away from the junk!
