NOT LOSING WEIGHT!

Hey guys. I am 19 years old (almost 20) and I have been dieting and exercising for over a month. I work out 3-4 times a week. Mostly 45 minutes of cardio and then p90x abs and arms once a week. in the first week and a half i lost about 2 pounds. But now I am stuck! My boyfriend keeps telling me I look so much thinner and I feel thinner but the scale says otherwise! I Used to have no problem losing weight in the past ( I gained it all back in college) but now Im not losing at all and it is really frustrating. WHY?!
