I figured it's better to have lost a cat that ate a guinea pig than a bald eagle. They're endangered ya know!

30 pounds = amount of cheese an average American eats in a year
33 pounds = a cinder block
36 pounds = a mid-size microwave
40 pounds = a 5-gallon bottle of water or an average human leg
44 pounds = an elephant’s heart
50 pounds = a small bale of hay
55 pounds = a 5000 BTU air conditioner

I used to joke that the only way I'd get down to a healthy weight was via amputation....and now I've lost an average human leg....wow.

Now just my skin to go, and I'll be at goal?

What a lovely image THAT is.

Cute! I've lost a two year old, and am hoping to misplace some cheese in the near future.

Somehow I'm the person who always changes the water bottle for the cooler at work (maybe because I drink so much of it!). From now on, I'll be pleased to remember that I've lost that much weight!!

so very cool. Not sure who would have had the fun task of figuring this all out but thanks to whom ever they are. I will be glad when I have lost a small animal & not much more. Can't lose too much I might not be found afterwards. LOL:wink:

LOL This reminds me of a bit Louis CK does. He talks about how he weighs 240 lbs and that he was watching a fight where both fighters weighed 110 lbs. He said those two fighters would still need a fat baby and a dead dog to equal him.

Oh my, I suspected I'd lost my mind, but now I know for sure. :)
  • EVERYONE!!! That's so great! Before you know it, we'll have lost an entire zoo!!

My goal is a baby calf....all I have left now is to lose a gold brick.....gives new meaning to "**** a brick"...LOL
