I've had a lot of crap going on at home and diet has been the furthest thing from my mind. I've been exercising but not nearly enough...and I feel as if I am losing the spark that got me into this in the first place. I just don't seem to have the drive I had in the beginning....I'm not backsliding but I'm not making progress either. I don't know what has gotten into me, it's like I think "why bother"?

Balance is a difficult thing in life - I think the challenge we all face during hard times is fighting the desire to crawl up in a corner in fetal position and be a blob. It is an ironic catch-22 that exercise and healthy diet is best for you during stressful times - endophins girl!!
I hope you can find a happy place and a balance to get you back to where you were - you were doing soooooo well!! Remember? go back and read your old posts - maybe that will remind you of how good you felt about yourself.....
Hugs and Positive, Happy thoughts coming your way....

YOU have come sooooooooooooooooo far already girlie!!! Keep up the fantabulous work!!! So give yourself a break for not being the *perfect* whatever dieter or logger, or healthy whatever. Keep your chin up and know that THIS week is what life is going to be like when we all hit our new *normal*. Right? So push through, give yourself a bit of a break, don't beat yourself up!
It's a new lifestyle! Stress is going to be part of the old and new. ANYWAY!!!
YOU CAN DO IT!!!0 -
Just keep doing it and don't let the idle mind wander! Tell that voice in yout head to "SHUT UP!" once it starts it nagging, stop it immediatly.
Hang in there and keep going, don't get stuck in the "right now" moment, re-assess your goals and get your mind back the prize! And the prize is you at the weight you want to be!
You can do it!0
