I'm a sucker for a documentary, and this one has left me a little troubled. The narrator decided to eat a sensible fast food diet and lost 12 pounds in 28 days (similar to the twinkie diet guy)....

It was an interesting take on the food pyramid, at the least, and a fairly disturbing rebuttal to "supersize me." His conclusion: carbs (or high GI foods) are the big problem, not saturated fat....

I don't know, but it was interesting.

I thought it was entertaining and interesting. It does seem like I'm reading more & more that saturated fats aren't as bad as we've been led to believe.

Thanks for sharing I am watching this now.... I too am a sucker for documentaries.

***update*** as I am watching this (and since knowing from your post that he does lose weight) He is eating fast food and staying under 2000 calories a day. Which indicates to me that previous to this documentary he was likely consuming more. So far they have not addressed how much he was eating before or if he tracked his caloric intake at all before starting the filming. That being said of course he would lose lbs, he is probably still consuming less calories than previously mentioned.
