Hey Fitness Family,
I am so excited to report I have hit my new goal 5 days early. I am less than 230 pounds. I started the journey at 266 pounds and thought I could get down to about 240 by the summer time but the more I tracked my progress and got inspiration, ideas, and recipes for this awesome site it did not take long to know that I am going to be under 200 pounds at least by midsummer. I have more energy. I am healthier and happier then I have been in years.
