someone yell at me to do my P90x workout

Please. I need some motivation to do P90x Kenpo. Its day 13 of P90x...got sent home from work with a cough (just allergies, but waiting tables, so no one wants that) and now I just don't want to do it....

I tell myself, what if I am getting sick, don't wanna make it worse....I left my water bottle at work....I'm tired....Blah blah blah

Somebody yell at me please

    I actually say listen to you body. The beauty of P90X is you can adjust the schedule to fit your needs. Push you work outs back a day.

    take a day or two off, get back at it.
    hell, i have to do a couple p90 days and a couple turbo days and switch it all up just to motivate myself...
    like a blind eenie meenie minie mo...

    If it's just allergies, I say......... GO DO KENPO!!!!!!! Forget about the water bottle, pour a glass of water, and get your butt in gear!!! :happy:

    Today is day 72 for me. I've got extremely bad seasonal allergies a good 6 months out of the year. It is important to listen to your body and not to over do it. Sometimes I'll put the dvd in and push myself as much as I can, I might not do the entire thing but I figure it's better than no exercise at all. That being said, just about every time I had to make myself workout about a quarter of the way through I feel a billion times better. Try it to push yourself a little and you might be able to get through it. Good luck!

    Thanks Guys! I did it....AND I FEEL GREAT!!!! :flowerforyou: I just envisioned punching Tony in the face! I feel like I'm already way better at this and its only 2nd time through Kenpo...

    Too bad my HRM stopped for about 15 minutes without me noticing....In 40 minutes on my HRM I burned 515...wonder what I burned in the 60 I was actually going
