So I need to ask a question. I work at a warehouse and I work on a production type pay. That means the faster I go the more money I get. There are 2 jobs that I do stock ing and picking. With picking I walk all day for 10 hours at a very high pace. Most days I run. I stop for no longer than a few seconds to put the next ticket into the computer. A ticket can run from 10mins to 50mins. Just depends on the size. Now stocking is like weight lifting. I actually have had to go to the gym and do free weights so that I can handel the product. I decided to see how many caolries I burn for the 10 hours. On Stocking it was 4391 on picking it was alittle more than 4500 for the a day. I put my thing on light active because I only work three days a week. Ok so after the 10 hours I am so tired that I don't want to work out. I don't even want to do something small. Ha ha ha I say all of this to ask do you think that it is ok to use some of this as my exercise for the day?
