Ok, I decided to change some lifetime habits in January, start working out again, lose some weight...yadayadayada. You know the story, you've heard it enough times. So far I've lost 9 lbs and found my shoulder blades. Anyway, love the site although the 50 lb increments in the progress fitness report sux.

One more thing. You won't find one of those ridiculous tree-hugger new-age sayings in my sig. They make me want to puke.
