the boogie man?!?!

Is anyone else starting to feel like “Starvation Mode” is the boogie man? I swear sometimes I feel like the little kid scared to get out of the bed at night because of what is underneath it, and as a result I am not doing what I want or need.
I just rushed an extra 300+ calories just to up my calorie count even though I was happy and satisfied with my meals throughout today. I loved my salads and really enjoyed my food, so now why at 8 pm did I feel the need to eat more and kill the good I did today? Because I felt like I have been too low for awhile although I’ve been completely satisfied. GRRRR
I want to lose 10 to 20 pounds more if my body will let me. I look at it and still feel unfit and un toned. My lung condition supports that I need to push it more too. I am one of those people that the more I work out the less I feel like eating because my stomach doesn’t agree with me when it is too full and I try to push it.
Does anyone else out there have similar issues and should the threat of starvation mode force me to eat more? I’ve been on here since last August and I love the site. I thought I had things figured out, then the holidays hit, I got off track and now I want to step up my game. This boogie man is making me feel a little crazy, I want to be fit but why do I have to feel stuffed?

Being under the 1200 is ok occasionally. You just don't want to live there. It is very difficult to get the nutrition your body needs with less than 1200 cals a day. Just make sure you are getting enough of what you need and going under occasionally won't be a problem.0
