Hi all! I just signed up tonight, and thought I should introduce myself and say hi. I'm Juliet. I'm 27 and live in Toronto.
I initially lost a lot of weight four years ago - I started at 5'2" and 160 lbs. in March 2007, and lost 46 lbs. by August of 2007. I managed to maintain my weight at 114 lbs. for 3+ years, but have gained back 23.6 lbs. between last October and now and realising I'd gained back half of the weight I worked soooo hard to lose was a big wake-up call. I don't really over eat or eat much junk food, the problem is that I'm far too sedentary. I used to run and I want to start doing so again, but I'm so out of shape that I'm going to have to start with power walking and work my way back up.
My goal is to be back at 115 lbs. (my body seems to settle at 114 when I'm fit, but a goal that doesn't end in a 0 or 5 just feels weird to me  so I'm saying 115, but I'm not going to complain if I lose the additional lb.
) and able to run 7km by this August.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
