Suggestions? Tips?

I don't have a lot of weight to loose, i'm down to wanting to get rid of those last 10 pounds. If anyone else is in the same boat, it seems like the hardest haul and feels like the scale will never change. I'm doing it mostly for confidence boosting, to get back to where I used to be. I work out 6 times a week, 3 of those times with a trainer. My diet is okay but i've joined my fitness pal today to help me out and stay on track! if anyone has any suggestions or pointers to help get rid of the last 10, let me know! :smile:

    I'm definitely in the same boat! It was quick in the beginning but the last 10 are dragging their feet. The thing that really made a change for me was taking fitness classes because I knew I would only push myself so hard on my own. So the fact you're going to a trainer is a great thing. But I believe the last 10 are always very slow. We just gotta be patient! Something I'm not the greatest at.
