Ate the Pizza.

Well I did pretty good I think. I didn't go over my calories eating pizza tonight. I had a lot of it also, but ordering it the way everyone said I think really helped. But you know after keeping the food to simpler items lately, it wasn't as good as I remembered it. I didn't like how full I felt when I ate as much as I could. Maybe I will try it again in 6 months after my big trip to Hawaii, or maybe in Hawaii.

I ate half a burger and half an order of fries from one of our BEST local burger places, and for two days my stomach ached off and on. Not so sure why the ache, but I am not so interested in those burgers now.0

i noticed the same thing when i was bad over the weekend while we were traveling for the 4th of july. i ate more food than i have been the past couple of weeks and we ate out dinner (pei wei) and breakfast (one day i was healthy, one day not so much). when we got home i was so bloated and icky feeling. i figure that even though i was bad, it has decreased my desire to repeat - i don't want to feel crappy like that anymore!! i think sometimes it takes some cheating to make you realize you want to stay on track and that it isn't worth it!!! i know i realized it!!0

Totally agree with you guys.
I feel the same and sometimes I have a cheat and remember why I am trying to make better choices.0
