I just started sprinting as opposed to running as a part of my experiment to see which one will help me drop weight faster. So far its sprinting hands down because not only can i run as fast as i can for an extended period of time, but the next day i am BURSTING with energy so its safe to say that my metabolism and my energy levels become JACKED after sprinting and its only been 2 days.

Anybody else sprint?

I have been trying to incorporate sprinting in with my jogging. So far my time hasn't gotten any faster, and I burn the same amount of calories. It has only been 2 attempts (2.5 m jog, about 30 mins). I haven't noticed any kind of bursting energy! I hope it comes soon.

I've been doing 4 minute jogging, 20 second sprint. I am so so so tired after the sprints it is very hard to recover and keep jogging.
