Hi all,
Sorry if this question has been posted somewhere on the site already! I am about to start doing the BodyRock exercises.. has anyone done them, and if so, how do you go about logging them? I don't have a HRM (poor University student here lol) so I'm just wondering if anyone knows what the best way would be to log the exercises... l

Thanks in advance :) Very much appreciated!

Haven't quite figured out how to log them yet... sometimes I add them as strength training but I add for less time that I did. Glad you are a bodyrocker :)

    Okay, thanks!!
  • I have been doing the Bodyrock workouts for a couple month and they are AWESOME! I just got my dip station from Ultimate Body Press on Saturday and I am so STOKED!!!! I got my Gymboss and a speed jump rope a few weeks ago.

Anyway, on to your question. I wear a HRM and I just log it as circuit training. MFP is pretty close, but most of the time UNDER reports because those workouts are so intense. I am a big girl, though so it might be spot on for you. When I look at the MFP calories burned, I include my warm up and cool down and it is about right. If you just reported the workout, I would suspect it is way under the actual calories burned. Good luck!
