Is repetition key?

I have a question regarding breakfast. Do you find that eating the same thing every morning makes it easier to stick to your plan or does changing it up keep things interesting, thus making it easier? I do not like sweet stuff (oatmeal, cereal, etc.) for breakfast, but I don't know how many ways I can make healthy eggs.

Any advice?? Thank you!!

Oatmeal doesn't have to be sweet. Buy the larger bags that contain no sugar. It's my breakfast of choice almost every morning (along with fruit, milk, etc)

I would change it up. plus it helps to try new stuff. I found I love spinach and I add them now to egg omletes when I have them for breakfast.

It all depends on you. I found that for me, I have to stick to kind of the same basic foods, because when I start changing it up, I tend to eat more.

    Good luck!
