I rolled my ankle on Friday, and had it in a brace through the whole weekend. It feels almost normal today, so Im going to try and do my routine workout......I hope i don't have to wait longer for this minor injury...i was just starting to do really good! should i use my elliptical with the brace just in case? or leave it off?

    I would wear the brace. Better to be safe than sorry!

    I don't know much about injuries, but I would leave it on if possible. Just thinking that it may offer more support until it heals up completely.

    Did that last fall while playing a pick up soccer game, never pleasant. Wear the brace for now, but also listen to your body and if you have pain you need to rest it, ice it and elevate it. Hope it heals soon, I know how frustrating that type of injury can be!

    Thanks guys! It truly is frustrating, but Im hoping this is just a very minor injury! I guess I'll find out later today!

    I would wear the brace just in case to avoid any further injury... :(

    Yep...need to be careful.....they can come back quick if you go to hard.
