its not really a recipe but i like to grill my fish (tilapia, shrimp and flounder mostly) keeps the calories low. I just add a little bit of salt and pepper and some lemon.

Ive just ate a nice fish lunch.

120g cod fillet grilled to perfection. With a mixed salad. Lovely. Less than 200 cals too.

Salmon marinated in any kind of fat free dressing, or lime with lower fat butter.
    Lime and pepper tilapia.
    Sushi (my fav)

Baked salmon -- lemon, fresh dill and garlic on top (and butter, too, but that part's not really low-cal so you don't need it), pop in the oven at 375 for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

I don't have a lot of prep time when I cook...so I found something that works wonders for me...

I broil most of my fish, and a quick, yummy add on is salsa. I just put a tbsp of salsa on the fish and put it under the broiler. Easy, yummy, and healthy :)

Talapia with some blackening seasoning or lemon pepper. I broil mine.

Grilled or broiled shrimp with a little old bay is awesome.

Grilled crab cakes (mostly crab) are pretty low as well.

Yum My trick is to individually freeze your yummy white fish of choice, then when you are ready to cook get your pan hot and spray with fat free non stick cooking spray, put in your fish with the seasonings(onion, basil, garlic. whatever you like) and cover with a lid. The steam will cook and flavor your fish perfectly! Or your George Foreman grill can be your new best friend!
Here are a few of my favorite seasoning blends. But McCormic's has blends called Perfect Pinch that I love.
    I put onion in everything!
Olive oil, basil, garlic, rosemary and italian seasoning.
Sesame oil, garlic, ginger and chinese five spice.
    Lavender,rosemary and thyme.
    lemon pepper and garlic.
Cumin, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes. Top with pico de gallo or salsa!

Hope you find something you like!

We had this last night... turned out great! Based on a baked cajun catfish recipe.

    Preheat oven to 450F.
    In a small bowl, combine:

    4 tsp oil
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper (fresh ground)
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (sriracha is what we used)

Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and place 4- 4oz servings of your fave fresh white (or other) fish. We used tilapia and it worked great. Divide mixture over fish and coat tops evenly. Baked for 10 mins at 450F and then turn it up to broil for an additional 3 mins. Flakes wonderfully and super low cal!

    Enjoy :)
