Hey all!
For the last 6 years (since I was 16 years old) I've been bodybuilding. I bulked up to an impressive 105kgs (standing at 5ft 6inches) and since giving up late last year, I've dropped to 70kg very rapidly. This is due to a drastic change in lifestyle (I stopped weight training, and started upping my cardio), my diet is now very low carb but still protein rich. My calories also dropped drastically as I no longer had to sustain such a large frame.
I am looking to hit a target of around 63-65kg, this is my ideal weight. I am aware some of my weight is still coming from muscle and water, however, I'm hoping counting my calories will help keep on top of things a bit.
I am a personal trainer, and also have a very good understanding of nutrition and would love to connect with people on here who are also looking to shift a bit of weight!
My guilty pleasures are Pizza and Haribo! I steer clear as much as possible but sometimes I cannot help but pig out. We are all guilty of it from time to time.
I am currently training 5-6 times a week, purely cardiovascular. Nothing too intense. I do one session in the morning for 30-40 minutes, and then again after gym for around an hour or two.
Anyway, hope to meet some people and trade tips
Peace!
