:smile: Had a kidney transplant 14 months ago and am on daily 5mg steroids! This has affected my weight and was wondering if anyone else is battling with the weight gain due to steroids and if u have found a remedy to help?

    Hi, I too am on 10mg of pred due to my new filter that I had installed in january, feel free to add me. I gained a stone since the op and have managed to shift 12lb of it using MFP.
