Meyer Lemons are in season right now, and I made this Cooking Light recipe last night. Much to my surprise, it came out looking exactly like the picture, and it was delicious! Serving size was good, maybe even a little big, and it was a super-satisfying dessert for about 250 calories. We ate half last night, and the rest will go tonight ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I did not make any substitutions, but I did use an 11" tart pan instead of a 9", and since I don't have a food processor, I made the crust by hand.
