Hello everyone, I didn't see where anyone started a new thread for our old one. Can you believe we hit 500? If there is one - let me know, if not - here is a new one.

This is just a thread for those maintaining their weight loss. Tips, comments, ideas and struggle welcomed. We are here to support and motivate!

    Welcome meagalayne, it may just be me and you. The old thread was great but it ended when it hit 500 post. Doesn't seem that anyone is joining this one from the old one. ...maybe they will come.

    So how are you doing on maintainance? It's been a little easier for me this week - started doing the 30 day shred and I also walk/run. If I plan out my meals - I do so much better. duh!! Also if I get my daily water intake that helps too.

    healthy life style = exercise and healthy food choices.
