Anyone else?

My weight will generally stay the same (or go up!) for the week and then two days before "weigh in day" it will start to drop. Isn't that strange? I'm not really doing anything different on those days...Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes same here. I weigh everyday but weigh in on Mondays and everyday I weigh shows almost no progress. I weighed in while ago and i was down 1.4 pounds from last Monday. Strange but I'm glad for the loss!

I wa always told not to weigh in but once a week .That gives time ror your body to have time to loose the weight.I think sometimes we just get in a hurry and want to see the weight fly off and we can drive our self CRAZY by checking to often . So Once a week it is for me cause I know it would discourage me if i did not loose each day :flowerforyou:

Yeah, I know I should not weigh myself everyday, but I just do. It doesn't really get me down, I know the body goes up and down throughout the week. I just think it's so strange that it's always right before weigh in that it starts to show a loss. Like my body knows when the official weigh in is. haha!
