Inch Loss

Well, the scale is still slow as ever, but my inches are moving and my body has more definition. I went back and found an old record of a past weight loss with an account of my inch loss from 2003. Turns out when I got to a size 8, my finale weight was 140. This is great news!!!! This means I might just find that my size will shrink before the scale number! Would that be so bad? I don't care what I weigh, I just want to be healthy. If that weight happens to be muscle in place of fat, I'll take it! What's different this time around? I used MFP, learned to count calories, and eat the right foods. Last time around I starved myself. When I fit into my skinny jeans and can learn to maintain there, then the scale will just be a tool for maintaining, not to reach some number someone else says I should weigh. Does anyone else feel this way?
