I just bought some frozen tuna steaks and wanted to know a good low fat low cal way to cook them, suggestions??

Hey! I just made tuna steaks last night. What I did was put a marinade on of Honey Mustard+a little olive oil+chunks of garlic. Then I baked them in wrapped tinfoil with broccoli and mushrooms for around 15-17 min at 450 degrees. They turned out great! You could throw onions or asparagus in there too. Very easy and fast and my boyfriend loved it. Plus Honey Mustard only has little calories/ serving compared to other marinades.

My fishmarket sells packages of tuna precut into little 1 inch cubes. In the summer we skewer them on rosemary branches (gotta take the rosemary off first) then brush with some olive oil, sea salt and pepper and a bit of crushed rosemary, then we grill them for a just a few minutes on each side. You could do the same thing (minus the skewering ) It comes out excellent.0
