Weigh-in 2moro (Need advice)

Ok I have a weigh-in 2moro and really need some advice... I would really like to break into my 180's but in order to do that I need to lose atleat 2.1 lbs. Plus I think I may have gained this week so I really need to push. Please help I'm looking for last minute ideas to get this weight off and quick. I would like to keep it off also so starvation is out of the question!! Thanks in advance for your help!!!

    Don't exercise today and drink water with lemon in it. There's no logical way to lose 2 pounds in 24 hours but if you're retaining water, these steps can help get rid of it.
  • youre not going to lose it quick and not in one day. you should nkow that by now. look at the 70 lbs you lost!!! that's freakin' awesome...dont even sweat it ... it is what it is and you will continue to kick butt until your next weigh in!
  • Get rid of that scale entirely. Why do you feel you need it? All you need is a measuring tape.

    Thanks!! I was just hoping someone had an idea! I figured it can't happen over night I guess if it could I would be down to my goal of 140 by now lol! I was just thinkin of good ideas to get rid of water weight fast I guess!

    Next week is my week for measurements so i guess I will have to wait and see but boy oh boy something has to give here.

    Well the 2 lbs didn't fall of like I had hoped lol! I did go down though. Down 0.8 lbs this week is better than a gain. So for this week I upped my calories to 1500 to see if that helps!
