Ok, so i found a HRM on amazon for pretty cheap & i wanna get it. Mainly b/c i do some workouts at home where ihave no clue how many calories i'm buring. And 2nd b/c we're gonna go on vacation this summer and since i don't wanna gain weight back i am gonna still watch what i'm eating. We're going o Disney World so there's gonna be a lot of walking.... So my question is, can i have the HRM on all day and count what i burned that way? Or should i just up my activity level on here during that time?

A HRM will not work that way. There is what is called a Body Bug and that goes on your arm and apparently that will work that way. I think your best bet would be to estimate your walking time and speed and log it.0

You can also just pick up a pedometer which will record the number of steps which will give you distance. Between distance and time, you should be able to fairly accurately estimate your number of cals burned.0

Thanks! I just did some research and they have pedometers that do count your calories at the same time as steps. Quite need. Doing some more research though0
