OK, I have a running list I listen to on my I Pod and I change it up once in a while for a new listen while I run. What are your top motivational songs or Artist so we can all benifit and download them to.

Eye of the Tiger "Survivor"
From Rocky just to get me going
If I Could Turn Back Time and Believe "Cher"
Save Me "Shinedown"
Cocky "Kid Rock"
and others (Real good beat in all of his)
A Little Less Conversation "Elvis"
This Kiss "Faith Hill"
Express Yourself "Madonna

Then a few by
Daughtry, LifeHouse, Matchbox 20, The Calling, Train, Pink, 3 Doors Down, A couple by Rob Zombie (doesn't matter, they sound the same, but good speed) And a few songs from the Movie Rock Star. Great Sound Track!

Wow, some of those I haven't heard in a long time. CCR gives me flash backs. Ready your profile, congradulations on the big loss. My husband is ex Army, he loved it. Good luck on your goals.
