Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. They teach us in school when we're kids about importance of meals. You can skip dinner, but breakfast never. Don't you know the saying: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. ? You can eat even more then 300 calories for breakfast and lose weight. I eat about 400 cals for breakfast, 300 for lunch, 100-200 dinner, and other snacks.0
