I have definintely fallen off the wagon. I know that today is a new day ... I weighed in this morning @ 246.8 #. I need some help setting smaller goals. I have a long way to go, and it's hard for me not to think about the 100+ pounds I still need to lose. I have just bought my husband tickets to the MLB All-Star weekend in July for his birthday. That event is a littel more the 16 weeks away ... What do you think would be a resonable goal to set in the amount of weight I can lose by then???? I need some input and help!
Thanks-

I would say 1.5 pouds per week so 24 pounds. Some weeks might be easier and you could pull a 3 but others might slow down to .5-1 so 24 sounds pretty good!0

Depends on how aggressive you want to be for the next 16 weeks. You could set a 15 pound goal that is very attainable or set something a little higher that you know you will have to work hard for. Doon't set anything unrealistic like 30 pounds. Even over 16 weeks that will be a challenge and you don't want to set your self up to fail! Good Luck!0

It's hard to set a pound goal for it because rates change and setting a time frame might work against you. Why not do something different like add 5 fitness minutes a week (5 minutes this week, 10 next, etc.) and have the reward be reaching an hour and twenty more minutes of exercise per week than what you are doing now? This is something I think that is more in your control and you won't have to guess about what you can do.0
