I myself am a closet reggae fan and find it irresistable to stand still when I hear it. King of the Dancehall makes me wanna dance so bad I was swerving from dancing so much while driving a little while ago.... And I find exercise much more fun with music. Anyone else wanna chime in?

    Britney. I :heart: her music for working out. Her last CD (Blackout) was so delightful and is always in the workout music rotation.

    You are not alone! That IS a good cd to workout to. I also like Beyonce's up tempo stuff, it really gets me moving.
