I just have to say how much I LOVE the Martha's Vineyard Salad at Arby's. Even if I weren't watching my calories I would love it, but since I am, the 402 calories (dressing included in that figure) makes it even better:happy:

    i just tried one for the first time today! it was yummy! and very filling! FYI- jason's deli makes an amazing marinated chicken salad
