Small successes! I needed the motivation, thought I'd share.

I am a rampant perfectionist so it's very easy for me to get discouraged.
I've been on a 'get healthy' plan of better eating and increased exercise since December.
It's hard for me to stay positive sometimes - I've only lost about 5lbs....

BUT...
I am stronger, and have better endurance.
I can do twice as many pushups and situps.
I run longer and faster.
There is a difference in my body - My stomach and arms are more firm and my legs and butt are well, pretty awesome looking :)
I've lost 2" in my waist since late December.
I've lost 6% body fat.
I'm not Supergirl, I'm me, and I'm working hard for this, which will make it all the more worthwhile.

And I quote:
