do any of the members in the uk have a heart rate monitor?
where can i get a decent one from? and what am i looking for?

    i got a polar f4 from argos and really like it!! it gets fab reviews and works for me

    I just bought a Polar F7 on Amazon - it's brilliant. Even automatically connects wirelessly with the machines at the gym, which is kind of cool. Only had it a week but so far I would definitely recommend it.

    I'm a cheapskate so i bought a Karrimor one from Sports Direct for £25 although i think it's reduced to £15 at the moment. It doesn't tell you the calories burned though, it's just basic.

    It would connect to the gym machines though...

    I have the polar FT4. It seems to work well.
