Mmmm...so I just got done eating my lunch and I was really scared that I would be hungry afterwards because it seemed like not so much. But...I'm full! It's fantastic! Here's what I had:

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
3 Melba Rye Crackers
14 baby carrots (I think these are what really filled me up)\
AE Yo Lite Yogurt (Strawberry Cheesecake flavor!)

Yummy!!!!! Just thought I'd share!

    If you like cottage cheese and crackers, give this a try...

    whole wheat wasa cracker (you could use your melba rye crackers) topped with cottage cheese and fresh salsa

    so yummy!

    This matchup puts an Amish twist on a snack:

    1/2 any whole grain crackers, bread, bagel, etc. (toasted or not)

    Spread with the lowfat cottage cheese

    Next, spread with KIMES apple butter (Gotta use this brand to keep it Healthy)

    Chew and :happy:

    Great for a snack!!
