Parmesan Peas

2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen green peas
1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp grated lemon peel
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dried tarragon leaves

Cook peas as directed on package; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve with additional grated cheese if desired.
6 servings (about 1/2 cup each): 70 cal per serving.


When I entered this in the recipe section myself I got 63 cals. And I would maybe delete the salt.
