    If you want to bring up the intensity a notch go for insanity...if you want a program that is still a good workout but is more upbeat and has a funner atmosphere go with Turbo Fire. I own both and find my self singing some of the turbo fire songs randomly throughout the day.

    Its pretty embarassing when someone catches me singing "I'm a bad girl".

    I'm on my 11th week of P90X lean routine. I've done 1 insanity workout/week for the last 4weeks. It's intense. I'm planning on doing Insanity and Chalean Extreme starting April 4th. I have slim in 6 and did it couple of years ago. Since you are doing P90x, IMO, slim in 6 would be a step backwards. Go with Insanity!

    I'm currently doing a mix of ChaLEAN Extreme and Insanity. I follow the strength training days with ChaLEAN and sub Insanity in on the cardio days. You could probably do the same with P90X and Insanity or P90X and TurboFire.

    ChaLEAN workouts are about 45 minutes each. Insanity is 30-45 minutes.
