Lately I've been feeling very unmotivated. I've still been trying to make smart food choices, but have been slipping up more and more because I just feel like takes so much energy to plan out meals, etc.

Take today, for instance. I got out of work at three, changed into comfy clothes, and plopped on the couch, knowing I SHOULD go to the gym but feeling guilty that I decided not to go. I hopped on here and read a few posts by friends and other users on my homepage and message board. Even though none of those people directly said, "You can do it! Go to the gym!" I felt motivated by you all anyway. I just came back and feel better.
