HI everyone!

I'm training for the Disney Half-Marathon in January. I recently hurt my groin so I have been out for a few weeks. I have never had to count calories but at 30 my metabolism is slowing down. Especially not running. So, here I am!

    Welcome! Everything changes at 30, doesn't it?? It's like the warranty runs out or something. :tongue:

    You'll be back on track soon, now that you're feeling better and training again! Be careful not to over train and injure yourself again, remember to listen to your body.
