Belly exercises for baby belly

Does anyone have any suggestions on reducing baby belly!!!? I tried the ab lounge and that messed my back all up so now I am a little limited as to what I can do!!

    I had the same problem with my back plus I had a hernia operation a couple years ago so I have to be careful. I consulted with a trainer at my gym and she had me use one of those body balls. You can get one at any Wal-Mart or Target and they have a guide inside the box on all the different exercises you can do and how to do them. They work absolutely great and takes all the stress off your back.

    Did the ab lounge mess up your back you mean? I had to get all kinds of tests done and physical therapy. I am still having trouble!! I have one of those exercise balls but I think my husband deflated it. I will have to get it back out.
