Okay, so I started on this journey, honestly and truly 20 years ago. I joined FitnessPal last year but then stopped again.

This January my husband and I took the kids to Jamaica for a family trip. For the first time in a long time, I allowed pictures to be taken of me. Well, after seeing those photos I have vowed that I will get my act together and stop with the messing around.


I was and am completely disguised with myself. I just I never thought I looked that big.

Well once it's in print it's hard to deny, how big you really are.

This year is it. Come hell or high water. I am getting back into shape. I want a nice Family Photo this year for Christmas.
So Enough, is enough.
