What are those little things which make you feel good to be alive?

Things like waking up to a warm, sunny day like we had today when I didn't need to wear a coat and scarf to keep warm.

waking up period  waking up to a warm sunny day like you described is definitely a little thing to smile about.

I like to stop and smell the roses...literally... when I grocery shop. It just reminds me to slow down in general and take a moment to enjoy something.

Looking up at the stars on a dark cold night makes me smile when I'm biatching about the cold...

Anytime I get to see a beautiful colorful sunset

*editing to say great post! Thanks for posting it...and enjoying seeing everyone else's little smile-worthy moments* :flowerforyou:

What makes me feel alive is when I work out and especially my spin class. I have been feeling horrible all day, but I didn't even think about calling to cancel. It is now over with and I feel much better than I did previously.

    Thanks so much!

I love sunsets too and wish I had an ounce of artistic talent so I could paint one.

I love it when all the plants in my wildlife garden come into flower and the bees and butterflies and other insects arrive for their feeding frenzy.

Every morning when I get up, I go out to the kitchen and say "where is my Serenity?" Out comes my 3 year old and she says "I'm right here mommy" and gives me the biggest hug. I hope she never gets to old to do that.
