Down 27 Lbs and feeling great!

Well folks since starting my fitnesspal on 1/31/11 and going to the gym. I have been doing about 2-4 miles a day depending how my knees feel. I know feel more confident and better about myself and have so much more energy and cant wait to run everyday.

    Keep up the good work! You totally look thinner in the face! You should take some full body shots so you have something to compare against when you get to your goal weight. Thanks for sharing your progress thus far!
  • Thanks. I would post some full body but i have none of me at 293 lbs as of right now. I gotta plunder through an old phone later and see what i can find. Everyone keep up the good work.
