Hi, so I picked up the shape mag. "Best every Hollywood Workout" video just to do on the days I don't feel like going to the gym. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas or tips on how to log the workout in the exercise dairy. Its just a mixture of different 20 and 10 mintue body workout, including puchup sit-up etc using some weight (5lbs).

If anyone has any tips I would really appreciate just because I am not really sure on how to track it

Thanks,
Mal

you might log it as "calesthenics (light to moderate)" OR "(moderate to vigorous)", depending on what it is.

    Other than that...maybe circuit training??

I would probably go with circuit training.
  • I use DVD's religiously... I add my own exercises to the diary and name them after the DVD I did and the actual calories I burned doing it. Helps me keep track of what DVD I did on what day.
