Marinades?

Hello. I was wondering if there was a general consensus on how to log marinades? Do y'all log the full calories of the marinade ingredients? Log a portion of them? Or not log them at all? This would be especially for when you marinade the meat, but then pull it out and pat it dry before cooking.
Thanks for any advice/opinions.

not sure- usually the marinades I use dont have too many calories, but i usually try to judge it by how much is left after you remove what youre marinading (like if i use 1/2 cup of marinade for 3 portions of chicken and theres still 1/4 cup left, ill record 1 Tbsp or so.0
