Hello Everyone, Typical yo-yo dieter here.. Tips?Recipes? Pl

Hello everyone, Im beth - im 20 years old and im afraid im a typical yo-yo dieter. Ive had enough now, Sick of going shopping with my friends and they're picking lovely things to go out in, and i kno whatever i get (which is limited) i kno im not going to be happy so i have to have a breif look in the mirror to check im average and then run out before i change my mind! Hands up if you go through that too? :)
Well on previous diets ive followed either weight watchers or slimming world and usually eat mostly there packaged foods, which didnt fill me for very long, wernt very tasty and eventually i gave up and went for a chinese! This time im cooking my own meals from scratch which im excited about as i loove cooking (tonight i made a gorgeous stir fry, it was healthy, full of veg and kept me full for much longer than expected and i didnt want to snack at all)
So im asking please please if anybody has some nice recipes that are easy to make, not too much into them, healthy but very tasty.. Please share with me!
If anybody is like me, and has some words of wisdom for a "volumptuous" lady in need, please add me as a friend so we can share tips :) Hope to speak to some of you soon! Thanks :) x
