Things we eat and/or buy pretty much every week:

    Oatmeal
    Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
    Bananas
    Apples
    Lettuce Spring Mix
    Spinach
    Tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Peppers
    Carrots
    Potatoes (sweet are better)
    Onions
    Frozen veggies
    Frozen berries
    Chicken Breast
    Ground Bison
    Turkey Tenderloins
    Fish
    Balance Bars
    Cheese sticks/snacks
    Eggs
Milk (skim for me, whole for him)
    Chobani 0% Yogurt
    Cold Cuts (turkey and cheese)
    Whole Grain Sandwich Thins
    Kashi crackers

We find that if we stick mostly to the outer edges of the supermarket (not much good/fresh/wholesome stuff can be found in the aisles), we end up with a shopping carriage we are proud of. :)
