I wouldn’t say I am a yo-yo dieter, but I have gained back 40ibs from what I lost in 2008ish.
I went back to school, changed job styles from active to sitting all day, so I think all of that didn’t help with the weight in the past year.

I lost my last 70ibs by being VERY active and eating 3 square meals a day. Problem is, I don’t have the time to do something like that again. I am going for Low-Carb/Adtkins, since I have heard/read good things.

I also LOVE this site/app because I can scan what I eat, so yeah~!
Otherwise, I have 40ibs to lose. Pretty motivated since I will being going to Hawaii for a week in July!

Would love to make some friends though here, so I have even more motivation :)
