In 5 weeks...

My weight that I would be in 5 weeks is underweight for my height.

I was just wondering if I continued to diet and exercise if I would become underweight, or my body would just be like "nah, youre done" and I would stop at a healthy weight. I guess that wouldn't make sense if i stopped losing weight.

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.

You might stop or you might keep losing. Every body is different. As long as you net your maintenance calories, you should be okay. :)

If you continue eating less calories than you use during the day, you will continue to lose weight, at any weight. When you get to your goal weight, start eating more calories, that will help you remain at your desired weight instead of losing more.

When you reach your goal weight go into home... settings... update diet and fitness profile and select maintain my current weight.

That will increase your calories to a maintenance level instead of your current chosen rate of loss.

When you reach your goal continue to workout, you be getting toned up and not loose much!
  • the proper weight for your height is depicted by a BMI which is completely off. what if you were 200 pounds of pure muscle? would you be considered obese? no. just like if you are 110 pounds of WHATEVER of mostly muscle it would be ok. i am technically 20 pounds under what my weight is "supposed to be" and have never weighed what i am technically supposed to in my WHOLE life regardless of how much i ate. you should be more concerned with the size of clothes you are wearing, how much exercise you are getting, and the amount of fat in all areas of your body.
